Chassis to fit the 6 cylinder engined vehicles. The chassis is specific to this engine as cross members are moved back to give room for the longer engine / gear box combination. The 1 ton version is fitted with the twin height suspension mounts which give a slightly higher ride height if desired. Numerous extra mounting points are fitted for the fuel pumps and exhaust system. The chassis can be supplied with either the standard civilian rear cross member or the straight military type.

The chassis comes galvanized as standard, supplied with a removable gear box cross member and chassis bushes fitted, all holes are drilled and tapped UNF after galvanizing.
